There's the initial cost of designing and creating the site - this varies depending on the complexity of the site you require. Generally a web page can cost from $100 to $300, depending on the amount of content, features and complexity. Please refer to the pricing chart as a basic beginning guide - use the free quote form to detail your exact requirements for an estimate.
There are also monthly and annual charges to host the site and keep your domain active (around $110 - $150 a year) as well as site maintenance fees, should you need Sublime Signs LLC to maintain the content of your site.
You'll need to provide Sublime Signs LLC with the content required to display on your website - well edited text and images specific to your company or products that you want to show to your visitors, like promotional images or pictures of your premises. NOTE: be sure the image quality is satisfactory - i.e that the image content is easy to understand and is not pixelated because the file is too small.
If you want your website to fit in with an existing "corporate identity" (your logo, color scheme, business cards, letterheads etc.) we will need a high quality JPEG graphic of your logo, some promotional material and the color scheme required.
For projects over $500, Sublime Signs LLC requires a 30% deposit once the sample page is agreed upon with the balance payable upon site completion. Otherwise, a $50.00 deposit is required to continue. Once the site is complete and full payment is made, the domain will be inserted and your site will be made public. If the site has not been completed within 45 days (from the day that the sample page is presented) - due to Sublime Signs LLC not receiving the required content to finish the project - the balance of the hours worked will be due.
If the site needs to be changed or updated, Sublime Signs websites are built within a 'content management system' which gives you access to make updates and text or image changes without relying on a third party to make changes for you. However, if there are changes that you don't feel comfortable making or you don't want to handle the maintenance end of things, then Joywell Web Designs charges a $45 per hour maintenance fee with a minimum of one hour of service.
If you have already purchased a domain and feel comfortable handling your own domain issues, you are free to stay with your current domain host. However, if you have not purchased a domain or you need Joywell Web Design to handle your domain needs, we exclusively use Domain Discover as our domain host. In our opinion, their customer support is the best in the industry. Click on the name link above to see the services offered when you purchase or transfer your domain. Transferring a domain costs $8.98, but will save you MUCH MORE in precious time and technical fees.
If you would like Sublime Signs LLC to take care of purchasing or transferring your domain, you will need to fill out this form for our records and we will take care of the rest.
If you would like to transfer your domain to Domain Discover yourself, then complete the following steps:
1. Call your current domain host and request an authorization code (or EPP code) to transfer your domain name.
2. Go to Domain Discover and put your domain name in the "transfer domain" box.
3. Sign up for an account and pay the transfer fee.
4. Provide the authorization code in the space provided.
If you already have a domain name with another provider and would rather not transfer your domain, you will need to complete the following steps:
1. Email Sublime Signs LLC here with your domain name which will be inserted it into your site.
2. Call your domain name provider and ask them to point your 'DNS A-record' to the IP address 146.101.249.107
NOTE: a domain name will not be connected to your site until full payment has been received.
When you buy web hosting, you are really renting space on a computer that is permanently connected to the internet. Web hosting allows you to have your own website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides you with online systems for storing information, images, videos, or any content accessible via the Web.
This monthly fee also allows you access to our client section, which will provide you with a wealth of information on how to add to and update the content of your site, search engine tools and tips, as well as links to tools on the World Wide Web.
Like any good property manager, Sublime Signs LLC will periodically go through your website to make sure that everything is working properly and make any necessary repairs to existing links we created.
The first thirty days - from the day Sublime Signs LLC begins creating your website - are on us. After the first month, our web hosting fee is $9.95 a month or $100.00 a year.
